ZIMBABWE and Nepal’s suspensions have been lifted after the ICC board meeting resolved to readmit them as members on Monday.
The decision by the ICC paves way for Zimbabwe to take part in ICC competitions, starting with the Under 19 Cricket World Cup and the ICC Super League.
It is a big boost for Zimbabwe who were suspended in July after the ICC cited government interference.
The Sports and Recreation Commission had removed the Tavengwa Mkhulani-led board and installed an interim one. The decision has since been reversed.
