Highlanders striker Prince Dube has been compared to Warriors legend, Peter Ndlovu, after an impressive run so far that has seen him scoring seven goals in his previous eight matches for both club and country.
The 22-year-old had a brief unsuccessful stint in South Africa with SuperSport United, but the forward says he will be open to another chance.
“lf I get another opportunity to play in a foreign league, I will grab it with both hands,” he told our sister publication recently.
“When I went there (SuperSport), things didn’t work out well. I was still young, but I also feel that I didn’t get the chance I deserved.
“But, I am a bit more mature now, I now know a lot of things so I think next time will be better,” said Dube.
But besides his purple patch and a good run of form, the Highlanders striker refused to take the credit and attributed the success to teamwork.
“I can score goals, I can do many things, but I am not doing it alone. My teammates, both at the national team and club level, are helping me,” said Dube.
