100 pupils test Covid-19 positive at Zim school

A total of 100 pupils have tested positive for Covid-19 at a boarding school in Zimbabwe’s Matabeleland North Province.

John Tallach Secondary School , which has an enrollment of over 600 pupils, has since been sealed off with no one allowed in or out.

Acting provincial medical director for Mat North Dr Munekayi Padingani told ZTN that: “27 of the infected have mild symptoms and the rest are asymptomatic.”
