Bazooka hungry for more

Zimdancehall musician Bazooka is enjoying some serious rotation on both radio and in the nightclub circles but the Mababie Akawanda hit maker knows the game is unforgiving.

“Yes right now I am doing well but just like I rose to the when Enzo Ishall was dominating the game I know that someone else will also come through because there is so much talent,” he said.

Speaking on the ZTN show The Couch yesterday Bazooka revealed that he never imagines life out of the music game.

“I was born for this; I don’t even entertain any ideas of doing something else. Its music or nothing for me.

“Music comes naturally to me, sometimes I dream the lyrics to a song and that shows that this is my calling,” said the Chillspot Records artiste.

There was no way Bazooka was going to leave The Couch set without talking about football.

And just like his lyrics his opinion on this year’s Castle Lager Premier Soccer League title race was brutally honest.

Caps United are involved in a two horse title chase with FC Platinum and being a Dynamos fan the chart topping Zimdancehall star has no sympathies for Makepekepe.

“Look I am Dynamos and being DeMbare means that Caps United is the ultimate enemy. I don’t care whether they win the league or not, all I know is Dynamos is the best team in Zimbabwe,” said Bazooka.
