Bosso Players out of CHAN Squad

Highlanders players Prince Dube, Ariel Sibanda and Peter Muduhwa have been axed from the Zimbabwe squad for the African Nations Championship (CHAN) slated for next month in Cameroon after failing to join the Warriors camp.

Warriors assistant coach Lloyd Chitembwe said accommodating them would be unfair to other players.

“They haven’t been part of this preparation, so it will be very unfair to accommodate these guys in the team.

“These boys have been denied to come and play for their country, for them to miss out this platform it is very disappointing,” he said.

Highlanders did not release the three players saying they would do so after Saturday’s Castle Challenge Cup against FC Platinum.
