Zimbabwe will be on lockdown from March 30, 2020 to curtail the spread of Coronavirus.

The lockdown will last 21 days.

Zimbabwe has recorded five positive cases, and Government fears this could escalate as winter approaches.

President Emmerson Mnangagwa announced on Friday evening that all citizens should remain home, with only essential service providers exempted.

Security personnel will enforce the measures.
