Zim churches reopen, but only to vaccinated congregants

Churches in Zimbabwe can now hold sit-in services but only for vaccinated congregants and under Covid-19 prevention protocols.
Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services minister Monica Mutsvangwa announced this after Cabinet in the capital, Harare, on Wednesday.
She said, “Churches will now be allowed sit-in congregants under the following conditions: “Only congregants who have received both vaccine doses will be allowed to attend.”
To date, 1 912 592 Zimbabweans have been vaccinated against Covid-19.
