CCC legislator, councillor arrested for attempted murder

Police have arrested Sunningdale Member of Parliament Maureen Kademaunga and Ward 10 Councillor Clayd Mashozhera for attempted murder.

One Daudi Jessub was also picked up, according to a statement from the Zimbabwe Republic Police on September 12.

The suspects allegedly “attacked three complainants at the corner of Boshoff Drive and Seke Road in Harare on August 23, 2023”.

A Toyota Spacio vehicle was burnt during the attack.
