THE coronavirus could derail plans by the Red Bull Formula One racing team to travel to China for the Grand Prix scheduled for April.
The event already hangs in the balance following the outbreak of the disease.
Red Bull team boss Christian Horner has been quoted by the BBC as saying
he trusts the judgement of the Formula One authorities on the way forward.
“(They will) make the necessary due diligence about maybe delaying,
postponing or cancelling the race. “But we keep a very close eye on the situation,” Horner said.

The comments by the Red bull team comes at a time when the UK Foreign Office is advising against all non-essential travel to the Chinese mainland
and British Airways have cancelled all flights to the Asian country.
