‘Civil servants must be loyal’

The civil service must be loyal to government as it works to turn around the country’s economic fortunes, President Emmerson Mnangagwa has said.

He was speaking at the launch of the Public Service Commission Strategic Plan 2019-2020 in Harare on Wednesday.
