NORTHERN Region Champions Cranborne Bullets dominated the NRSL soccer stars selected over the weekend.
They had five players that made it to the best 11 while they also provided Coach of the Year, Nesbert “Yabo” Saruchera.
The players were Kudakwashe Magama, Keith Mutandagari, Marlvin Hwata, Kelvin Chibunyu and Christopher Charakupa.
Black Mambas had three players, Leroy Ndlovu, Tendai Ruzive and Brighton Christopher.
Herentals’ Lucky, Maclint Namachena from Harare City Cubs and Tonderai Mawerera from Beta X1 completed the list.
The top three players were Chibunyu, Hwata and Ndlovu.
Player of the season will be announced on the 6th of December.
“Among these three players that’s where the winner is going to walk away with a car, whilst the other two are going to walk away with prize monies,” said NRSL Secretary general Sweeney Mushonga.
“Our sponsor has assured us that the top player is going to walk away with a car, like what has been happening the previous seasons,” said Sweeney.
