DYNAMOS assistant coach Gift Muzadzi says they are ready to derail CAPS United at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday.
This is a game CAPS United must win to maintain their two-point lead at the top of the Zimbabwe Premier Soccer League log table, while Dynamos are in it for the bragging rights.
Muzadzi, a veteran of the Harare derby himself, says players do not need any other motivation in such clashes.
“When it comes to these matches it is not about current form but the desire to do well and make our supporters happy,” Muzadzi said.
“It is (virtually) the last game of the season and we want to be at our very best so that our fans will be happy going into off-season.
“What I can basically say is that as Dynamos, we are ready for the derby, and I urge all our fans to come in their numbers and support the team,” he said.
Dynamos still have a chance to end among the top four.
For CAPS United this is a game that will be difficult to win as DeMbare are in a long unbeaten run – although most of their matches have ended in draws.
