Flamboyant businessman and socialite Genius “Ginimbi” Kadungure is set to spend yet another night in remand prison Thursday following the court’s failure to deliver his bail ruling.
Harare provincial magistrate Vongai Muchuchuti-Guriro said regional magistrate Crispen Mberewere, who heard Kadungure’s bail application, was tied up elsewhere and was unable to make the ruling.
Magistrate Muchuchuti-Guriro postponed the matter to tomorrow for bail ruling.
Kadungure is being accused of allegedly changing the face value of his Bentley Continental which he imported from South Africa, defrauding Zimra of almost US$58,665 in duty tax.
