Farai Madhanaga and Tapiwa Mandinyenya have completed transfers to Ngezi Platinum Stars, both signing contracts which will run until July 2024.
Madhanaga joins from South African Premier League outfit Marumo Gallants having had a previous stint with Bidvest Wits.
The defensive midfielder boasts of plenty of experience which includes featuring for the Zimbabwe national soccer team.
To add to his experience with the Warriors, Madhanaga has also played in the CAF Champions League.
Madhanaga has won numerous accolades including the PSL title during his days at FC Platinum.
Madamburo’s other signing Tapiwa Mandinyenya joins the club following a stint with JDR Stars in South Africa.
Mandinyenya said: “I am delighted to have joined such a big club which has so much ambition. I am looking forward to scoring more goals and helping Ngezi Platinum Stars attain its target of securing at least a top 4 finish. With about 10 games remaining I aim to score at least 5 goals by the end of the campaign”.
Ngezi Platinum Stars have also promoted two players from the developmental side. Exciting winger Tendayi Matindife and Elson Mweha have been elevated to the first team where they are expected to bolster the team’s attack. – Ngezi Platinum
