DYNAMOS will not sign Ntouba Epoupa again despite interest from the player, ZTN can reveal.
Club spokesperson, Tinashe Farawo was not giving much in terms of player negotiations underway after the unveiling of about eight new players.
“Regarding new players, we will be giving details after the process and after we meet,” he said.
Epoupa, who made a huge impact at Dynamos in 2017 under Lloyd Mutasa, left disgruntled over unpaid money.
The matter was later resolved after the involvement of Footballers Union of Zimbabwe.
That episode has given rise to the fact that DeMbare are uncomfortable reuniting with a player they clashed with.
“It will be difficult against that background, but generally there is also the belief that the player is no longer the same in terms of performance,” said an insider.
“But yes, it was possible for the player to return. Indications were he was interested”.
