Pasi named new Sables Trust Chairperson

THE Sables Trust has appointed new chairperson Itai Valerie Pasi, replacing fellow legal Practitioner Gerald Mlotshwa, who stepped down following his appointment to the Sports and Recreation Commission Zimbabwe board.

Following her appointment, Pasi said she was ready to deliver on her mandate and unveiled an aggressive marketing plan to source resources for the Zimbabwe senior rugby side.

The Sables Trust is the commercial vehicle through which the Zimbabwe Rugby Union sources financial and material support for the senior national team.

Ms. Pasi has, among other qualifications, a Masters in Business Administration degree, and her areas of expertise are finance, banking and insurance law and civil litigation. She currently sits on the board of CFI Holdings which is a listed company.
