Former Zimbabwe national senior men’s soccer team head coach, Kalisto Pasuwa, is back in the country with Malawian giants Nyasa Big Bullets to face FC Platinum in the CAF Champions League on Saturday.

The Zimbabwean champions and their Malawian counterparts play the reverse fixture in Bulawayo, to complete a two-legged tie which is evenly poised after a 0-0 draw in the reverse leg played in Malawi a fortnight ago.

Pasuwa talked to the media after his first training session in Harare, before proceeding to Bulawayo by road.

“So far so good but fatigued. We trained in the morning and you could see the legs are heavy, but we are trying our best to see how we can manage this with the doctors.

“We hope by Saturday the boys will be fresh enough to do the job,” he said.

Meanwhile, FC Platinum have made the trip to Bulawayo for the match, as their home ground in Zvishavane was deemed unfit for continental matches.
