Plane crash leaves 12 dead in Kazakhstan

A plane with 100 people on board crashed in Kazakhstan after taking off from Almaty International Airport on Friday, leaving 12 dead.
Kazakhstan’s emergencies committee said 12 people were killed in the plane crash in the country’s largest city Almaty on Friday, revising an earlier toll given by officials and state media.
The committee also released a list of the 12 victims, including eight who died at the scene, two while receiving medical attention at the airport and two in hospital.
The deceased were born between 1940 to 1986.
According to the Chinese consulate in Kazakhstan, a male Chinese passenger was unharmed and has left the airport. – CGTN
