Six stadiums approved for 2020 PSL season

Dynamos and CAPS United could play their home games out of Harare after their usual home grounds could not be approved by the First Instance Body.

THE Zimbabwe Football Association (Zifa) today (Tuesday) released the names of the stadiums that have been approved for use for the 2020 season. The football mother body made the announcement in a statement to the Premier Soccer League.

“The Zimbabwe Football Association hereby informs your esteemed office that the following stadiums have been provisionally homologated by the First Instance Body for the 2020 season: Barbourfields, Luveve, Gibbo, Vengere, Baobab, Mandava”.

Rufaro and the National Sports Stadium will have to undergo re-inspection.

For re-inspection of other stadiums, the procedure is as follows:

1 Recommendations from the FIB stadium report should be adhered to.
2 Pictures of progress report should be sent
3 FIB will assess whether to send an inspection team or not,” read the statement..
