Stakes high on Judgement Night

Mordecai Donga has come out of retirement to challenge Charles Manyuchi for the super middleweight title fight in a match that has been code-named Judgment Night.

The fight is on December 21 in Zimbabwe’s capital, Harare and both fighters are in buoyant mood ahead of the fight.

“There has been so much trash talk on social media, so the champion (Manyuchi) should come out and prove that he is a true champion,” said Donga.

“He has spoken badly of me and I am going to punish him a lot for that.”

Manyuchi has won several accolades in an illustrious boxing career and is brimming with confidence ahead of the fight.

“Donga has demanded a fight and we will have it. As I have declared before, I will beat him wherever and whenever.“I have come a long way. I can’t just wake up and ruin my legacy by losing to Donga,” Manyuchi said.
