Former Zimbabwean Cricketer, Grant Flower, is poised to join the Sri Lanka national team’s technical department.
Sri Lanka is set to appoint former South African cricketer, Mickey Arthur as head coach, who will pen a two-year contract.
Arthur is reportedly joining Flower to be the batting coach, Shane McDermott as fielding coach and David Saker as bowling coach.
“They will all be joining on two-year contracts,” Ashley de Silva, the Chief Executive Officer of the SLC was quoted as saying in ESPNcricinfo.
Flower was the head coach of the Rangpur Rangers in the 2019-20 edition of the Bangladesh Premier League.
