Zimbabwe premiership log leaders Caps United are on the brink of winning the league’s ultimate price in week 33.
The Harare giants lead second-placed FC Platinum by a two-point gap with as many games left to play for.
If the green machine wins their game against Ngezi Platinum on Wednesday and FC Platinum fail to get maximum points they will grab the title.
But if they both win as expected, the destination of the league’s ultimate price will be decided on the final day of the campaign when the two meet in a potential thriller.
Despite fate seeming to be in their hands, Caps United coach Darlington Dodo is not getting ahead of himself.
“Like I said we are still taking each game as it comes and we will see what happens at the end of the season,” he said.
FC Platinum coach Lizwe Sweswe is still continuing with his relentless chase and is not giving up. “It is still in our hands and we just need to win all our remaining games to be champions again so we are working very hard for that,” said Sweswe.
