Zimbabwe has been facing intermittent fuel shortages for the better part of this year amid long queues at fuel stations countrywide.
With the festive season on, demand for fuel is likely to increase as people travel to different holiday destinations across the country.
But will there be enough fuel for travellers?
The government says necessary steps are being taken to ensure that fuel is available during and after the holiday.
Information minister Monica Mutsvangwa on Tuesday said: “Indigenous oil companies will be issued with letters of credit to enable them to complement government in satisfying the market”.
