ZIMBABWE go into the first test match against Pakistan at Harare Sports Club on Thursday with hope they can put up a fight.
Captain Sean Williams says the inclusion of youngsters for the T20s and for the test has been crucial as they try to make history.
Five uncapped players were named in the test squad after the country had lost the T20I series 2-1.
Going into the first test, players to watch amongst the bowlers are Zimbabwe’s Victor Nyauchi while Pakistan could be lethal with Shahhen Afridi and Hasan Ali.
Among the batsman Pakistan are pinning their hopes on are Azhar Ali and Babar Azam. Zimbabwe are also equally strong in that department with Brendan Taylor.
Williams, who was Player of the Series against Afghanistan in the UAE, however, knows it will not be easy against Pakistan.
