Students protest exam rewrite

Engineering students at Kwekwe Polytechnic, some 200km southwest of Zimbabwe’s capital Harare, staged a protest on Wednesday afternoon against a decision by the authorities to have them re-write an examination.

Kwekwe Polytechnic ordered a rewrite of an electronics examination which had leaked.

Anti-riot police were called in to disperse the protestors.
