Two Zim returnees test positive for Covid-19

BREAKING: TWO returning Zimbabweans have tested for Covid-19 at separate quarantine centres in Harare, taking the tally of confirmed cases to 40.

The two returnees were housed at Belvedere and ZIPAM quarantine centres respectively.

Harare City Health Director Dr Prosper Chonzi said, “We have since moved them to the isolation centre at Wilkins. We tested them and separated them from the others”.

Returning residents are required to undergo mandatory quarantine at various centres across the country.

At least 13 Zimbabweans have recovered from Covid-19, while four people have died.
