Will Ngezi hold on to Teguru?

ZTN Sports Reporter
NGEZI Platinum could lose winger Donald Teguru after the end of Zimbabwe’s 2019 PSL season.

ZTN understands that Chicken Inn and Dynamos are favourites to get the signature of the talented player if Ngezi Platinum fail to tie him down.
“The player is in the last six months hence he can talk to interested clubs. He was close to former coach Tonderai Ndiraya so following him to Dynamos is an option.
“But then, it depends on whether Ndiraya will stay at Dynamos. As things stand, it is Chicken Inn who are likely to get his signature. He is an important player there, so he also looks set to get a new offer,” a source close to the player said.
Dynamos could retain Ndiraya and give him a go-ahead to recruit more new quality players.
On the other hand, Chicken Inn have already recruited Liberty Chakaroma and Tichaona Chipunza from Ngezi Platinum, players that have given them depth to challenge for the title.
Teguru, who was at one time likened to Warriors star Khama Billiat, is one of the most exciting players in the domestic Premiership.
It will be interesting to see how Ngezi Platinum will play this weekend against Black Rhinos at Baobab in the 2019 Chibuku Super Cup quarter-finals.
On Sunday, FC Platinum face Highlanders at Barbourfields while ZPC Kariba clash with Manica Diamonds at Vhengere stadium.
