Zim champions not losing sleep

ZIMBABWE Premiership champions, FC Platinum feel they are still in control despite trailing leaders CAPS United by five points.

Coach Lizwe Sweswe said the idea was to manage their games properly at a time when they are also in the CAF Champions league and third on the domestic log with 42 points.

“We were targeting the league as well as qualifying for the Champions League group stages, we needed to balance the fixtures,” said Sweswe.

“Now that we have achieved our target on the continent, focus returns to the league, I know we are trailing but we will catch-up we need to continue working hard.

“The good thing is we have time to play the league matches, the champions league will resume next month,” he said.
