Zim Cricket Await Tours Clearance

ZIMBABWE cricket is waiting for clearance from the Sports and Recreation Commission to proceed with national team tours.
The Chevrons are hoping to leave for their Ireland tour next week while Zimbabwe A team will be travelling to Namibia. The Lady Chevrons are planning to host Thailand.
An increase in Covid-19 cases in the Southern African country has necessitated government clearance for any games to go ahead.
Meanwhile, Zimbabwe all-rounder Sikandar Raza says he is grateful to be playing cricket again.
Raza suffered a career threatening arm infection in April that was described as cancerous at one stage .
He is back in training after making an international comeback against Bangladesh.
