A four-member Zimbabwe team that left the country on Tuesday for the All Africa golf championships in Mauritius arrived safely on Wednesday morning, an official has confirmed.
Zimbabwe Golf Association Secretary General, Lazarus Clever told ZTN sport that the team had their first training mid-morning.
The team comprises of Graeme Lewis, Morton Kumbayi, Promise Somberio and Jack Allard (captain).

“We have a stretch of player contribution. Normally you would get three or four players coming from Harare. But for the first time we have one player from Matabeleland, one from Midlands, one from Manicaland and one from Harare.
“As Zimbabwe golf we are so happy to have broken that. Other provinces are also feeding into the national team,” Lazarus said.
