Zim, Namibia sign revised MoU on media cooperation

Zimbabwe’s Information, Publicity and Broadcasting Services Minister, Monica Mutsvangwa, comments on the revised Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of information, media and broadcasting between Zimbabwe and Namibia.

The MoU, will among other things, see the upgrading of the Southern Times, a partnership between the Zimbabwean and Namibian governments, into a regionally owned newspaper.
