Zim Warriors One Place Down In Fifa Rankings

ZIMBABWE’S Warriors have dropped one place down on the FIFA world rankings to position 108.

Zdravko Logarusic’s charges have been largely inactive in international friendly matches that could have earned them points in the period under review.

In Africa, they are 26 and if the recent Cosafa cup display is anything to go by, the ranking could be worse after the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and Ethiopia in September.

Senegal remains the number one ranked country in Africa and 21 in the world.

Belgium are the best in the world, followed by Brazil, France, England and Italy in that order.
