Zimbabwe Warriors Kick Off Their Cosafa Cup Campaign

The Zimbabwe Warriors kick off their 2021 Cosafa Cup campaign at Isaac Wolfson stadium in Port Elizabeth, South Africa with a match against Mozambique today at 12 noon.

In a statement, Zimbabwe Football Association Communications and Competitions Manager, Xolisani Gwesela said the Warriors trained yesterday at Old Grey Stadium under the guidance of Assistant Coach Tonderai Ndiraya.

He said the Senior Men’s Team coach, Zdravco Logarusic had finally been granted a visa to travel to Port Elizabeth for the Cosafa Cup, after initially being denied entry into South Africa for not having the necessary travel documents.

After getting the visa, the Croat was scheduled to travel to South Africa yesterday.
